Dance yourself to a fitter, healthier you with our dance classes. Each class combines easy stretch exercises and dance sequences which help to maintain flexibility, strength, balance and coordination. Bring a partner or come alone and have fun dancing to music of all styles. No experience necessary – everyone welcome.
